Peter Backhouse is a professional chef with experience at sporting estates in Scotland; large hotels and private clubs in London and both country house and restaurants in the UK and Germany.  Having cooked for clients from individual private dinners to larger scale weddings and corporate functions, he is well attuned to the expectations you may have.  Peter works with seasonal, local, fresh produce across Scotland to create an interesting and varied menu for all types of outside catering.
